I just recently moved into my very own apartment (hence the lack of blog updates) that has cut down my old commute time, 4 hours a day, to 1 1/2 hours a day!

No Roommates.

No Pets.

No problem!

Some amenities that come with the joint: free high-speed WiFi, residential gym, parking spot in a secure underground garage, large community room (with billiard table, theater room, & reading room), guest suite (for family members visiting from out of town), secure storage room, and a super-friendly manager who will sign for my packages while I’m at work and keep them safe and sound.

As far as location goes, I don’t have a car (I sublease my parking space), but everything I need is right down the street: grocery store, various shops, restaurants, etc. And if I can’t find what I need I just jump on a ferry and head over to Seattle.
